
Wollson specializes in crafting beautiful brands and high-performing Shopify e-commerce, DTC, B2B websites, and landing pages.
They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account/Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced digital environments. You'll play a key role in managing eCommerce, SaaS, and DTC website projects — from initial brief to final delivery — ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, and developers.
What you'll do: ● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables. ● Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, strategy) to ensure smooth project execution. ● Create and maintain detailed project timelines, scopes, and progress updates. ● Identify and resolve project roadblocks early, keeping projects on track and within scope. ● Collaborate with design and dev teams to ensure brand consistency, high-quality work, and timely delivery. ● Gather, consolidate, and relay feedback from stakeholders clearly and constructively.
What you'll bring: ● 3+ years of experience in a client-facing project/account management role, preferably in a digital or creative agency ● Strong organizational and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal ● Experience managing digital/web design and development projects (Shopify/WooCommerce is a plus) ● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines ● A proactive mindset and a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude
Bonus: ● Familiarity with UX/UI design processes and tools (e.g. Figma) ● Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, or SaaS clients ● Understanding of CRO principles and digital performance metrics
