As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced ML models and algorithms.
What You'll Be Doing: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify ML opportunities. • Conducting data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training. • Building, fine-tuning, and validating machine learning models for a variety of applications, from computer vision to natural language processing. • Optimizing model performance and ensuring scalability to handle large-scale data and real-time inference. • Exploring cutting-edge ML research and technologies. • Integrating ML models into production systems and monitoring their performance in real-world environments. • Contributing to the development of data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML workflows. Desired Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) for model development. • Experience with recommender systems. • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and ML algorithms, with experience in both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. • Familiarity with deep learning architectures, such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers, and their applications. • Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, or other specialized ML domains is a strong plus. • Experience with data preprocessing, data augmentation, and handling noisy or unstructured data. • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience deploying ML models in a production environment. • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets. • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in STEM or a related field is a plus.
