Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
● Work with development teams/product managers to perform testing of the software solutions ● Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback ● Collaborate with other QA resources in testing of complex software solutions ● Create test plans and design/execute manual/automated test cases ● Report defects to design team and perform their reproduction/troubleshooting ● Perform comprehensive testing of new software features
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom or IT/Computer Science ● At least 3 years experience of software testing ● Have good knowledge of SQL ● Have experience of testing on MS Windows/Unix machines ● Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes ● Experience in creating test documentation and writing/executing test cases ● Experience with various Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence ● Strong attention to details and capable to self-organize his/her work
Preferred/Desired Skills
● QA certification (e.g. ISTQB) ● System Knowledge and/or experience in testing 3G/4G/5G Mobile Communication Systems and/or IoT Solutions ● Experience working with AWS database solutions (e.g. Redshift, Timescale, Postgres) ● Experience testing/using Tableau ● Experience testing Android/iOS mobile applications ● Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting and/or Python is an advantage ● Understanding basic concepts for Big Data Analysis
