We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep SaaS/Product Experience.

About you:

Deep SaaS/Product experience with a proven track record of efficiently describing features for developers to grasp. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technological proficiency, enabling them to analyze and translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role for a SaaS or Product Company

• Experience in writing Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, specifications, and system diagrams;

• Experience in writing project documentation such as User Guide, Release Notes;

• SDLC knowledge;

• Agile methodologies knowledge;

• Understanding of software development basics;

• Adept UI/UX undertstanding

• Problem-solving, attention to detail, fast learning;

• Advanced level of English with outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements;

• Collaborate with the development & design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications;

• Ensure that the final product meets the business objectives and requirements; Roadmap maintenance;

• Contribute to project planning and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions;

• Manage change requests and assess their impact on project timelines;

• Develop, structure, and organize internal project documentation.

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a startup or SaaS;

• Deep experience building products with an extensive emphasis on UI/UX;
