ERP MANAGER

YOUR AGENDA:

Managing an enterprise application portfolio Coordinating with business users regarding the ERP products Analyses and thorough research of client's needs and requirements Addressing the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables Building a strong technical culture around our business systems Management of the entire cycle of solving needs and problems (requirement definition, solution, testing, user confirmation) Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT management in Serbia and Head Office Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant University degree Minimum 5 years of work experience in enterprise applications Advanced knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Experience in ERP implementation projects Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders Good communication skills, fluent in English and moderation skills Ability to understand and manage user needs Ability to nurture a relationship with the user Ability to communicate and understand any problems encountered by users Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
