About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and/or coordination of projects with varying complexities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, contractual obligations, and predefined objectives, from project initiation to closure.

  • Energized, engaged, dedicated, proactive, responsible, systematic, efficient approach to projects throughout the project's duration. This commitment ensures the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of stakeholders.

  • Develop project plans, manage project team coordination, and monitor project execution. This includes taking corrective actions as needed to align with task status and plan efficiency. Prepare the necessary project documentation.

  • Mentor, coach, and assist in the development of other project team members in project and initiative implementation.

  • Identify opportunities for expanding and optimizing business collaborations related to assigned projects.

Responsibilities at Different Project Phases:

  • Initial Project Phase: Define the project, identify participants and their roles, and maintain open communication with the project management department to address project risks.

  • Project Planning: Develop project strategy, manage the project schedule, allocate responsibilities, and create communication, risk management, and procurement plans.

  • Project Execution and Control: Lead meetings, oversee project implementation, monitor scope, time, costs, quality, and risk, manage changes, report project progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Project Completion: Ensure client acceptance, collect feedback, archive project documentation, and share acquired knowledge and experience within the Company.

Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Capable of effectively coordinating and controlling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful management and delivery of each.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing self-reliance and initiative in completing tasks. Willing to learn Strong familiarity with project documentation, reports, and records, showcasing the ability to work effectively with such materials.

  • Possess a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal English communication, with an emphasis on formal communication. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with clients in the public sector.

  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to changes, sometimes under pressure.

  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, utilizing a methodical and consistent approach in all tasks.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in: technical-technological sciences (electrical engineering, computer science, informatics, etc.), management, organizational sciences with a background in energetics or digital health.

  • Technical background (technical support, testing, troubleshooting, software development, business analysis). More than 3 years of experience in managing Customer facing projects, preferably in IT and/or software systems development and implementation with a Customer.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in working with multiple methodologies simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to successfully coordinate and control multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in the fields of energetics or digital healthcare is considered big advantage.

  • Experience working with clients from the public sector is a plus.

  • PM certification is a plus.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Jira is a plus.

  • Experience in leading multi-cultural technical and non-technical teams, some of them remotely is a plus.

  • Ability to plan and set appropriate project communication channels.
