- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Competencies:
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, AngularJS, Java, SQL, Kafka
- Strong programming, profiling, and debugging skills
- Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git
- Knowledge of back-end architectural principles
- Fluent English (both spoken and written skills)
Preferable:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in information technology (IT)
- At least 5 years of experience
