About the job

Job description:

  • Sourcing candidates through social networks
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Headhunting of scarce candidates
  • Candidate presentation for the client in the form of a report
  • Advocating candidate's interests with clients
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with candidates during recruitment and after its completion
  • Writing job ads
  • Meeting KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis

Working hours:

08/09h – 16/17h

The ideal candidate for our team:

Graduate of psychology or other humanities if the candidate is currently taking an advanced course of a psychotherapy modality. Excellent command of English - written and oral communication. Organized, communicative, ambitious, meticulous.

Candidates with experience in IT recruitment of 6 months and above will automatically become eligible for permanent employment, while candidates without any experience can enter the process, but will be considered trainees with a possibility of full-time employment provided they fulfil all KPIs assigned to trainees.

Internship is paid and all educational benefits also apply to interns.


Candidates who do not meet the educational requirement "Graduate of psychology or other humanities if the candidate is currently taking an advanced course of a psychotherapy modality”, will not be allowed to the first round of the selection process.
