Currently, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead with Java Backend background, with at least 10 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art software technology. The last 3 years of hands-on development of Microservices and Spring ecosystem is mandatory. You will become a valuable member of our worldwide software development team and help us execute our ambitious product roadmap.

Tasks:
Leading migration process of legacy system up to latest tech state
Being able to bring out app architectural decisions in regard to business
Participate development of the application (50% of the time)
Reviewing general work of team members

Managing team members and their activities and ensuring integrity of the team and team consistency
